So I was just wondering around different mods for Minecraft when i stumbled on two (or three) mods their names are MAtoms, Presence Footsteps, and a mod loader called LiteLoader. I was just wondering if these mods can be used on MineRealm as they only affect the user and just adds sounds.

MAtoms adds sounds to different areas of Minecraft that makes it better sounding. (Unfortunately this update doesn't have the resource pack needed for now)

Presence Footsteps adds different sounds to blocks and other placeable items in Minecraft.

(Note these videos are from the creator of the mod and has been updated to 1.7.10)
LiteLoader is just a mod loader that can run alongside of Forge that allows sound changing and adding to Minecraft.

Those sound more like resource packs rather than mods.

Those sound more like resource packs rather than mods.

They are essentially resource packs with other sounds in them that vanilla Minecraft can't handle and requires the mod side to run them and thats what I was asking if the mod can be used as the resource pack is useless without the mods. Also the fact that it needs forge and/or liteloader to run and i just wanted to make sure it is ok to use them.
