Hi i was banned this afternoon for reasons i do not know. I was not swearing or grieving or anything rude. The only thing that i can think of that i did was make a Mario statue that has a male genitals sticking out of it. This statue was not made to offend anyone and if i did i am sorry. It was merely to amuse my friends. Also this statue is over 6000 blocks from spawn so its not like every person who logs on to minerealm is going to see it. Also i was not given any warnings about this. Nobody told me to take it down or anything so i think this is unfair as i had no chance to take it down. Also if this is not the reason can you please inform me because i am not aware of anything else that i have done on minerealm to be ban worthy.

First off, the futherest distance away from spawn is 5000 blocks (going in a straight direction).
Secondly, if you would get into trouble for drawing male body parts on spots in public, don't you think you'd also get into trouble here?

It is possible he was telling the truth about the distance, the furthest you can be away from spawn is approx 8602 blocks if you are in the wilderness, or approx 7071 on the regular map if you consider your coordinates as components of a vector and the magnitude as your distance. D=sqrt(x^2+Y^2)

Anyway I am pretty sure I am around 6000 blocks from spawn .If I had the coo ords I'd be able to tell exactly u just use Pythagoras. And I understand that it was bad to make a ***** but I had no warning that's my main concern

Care to say that again because your ban request and chat logs say completely otherwise and it was clearly you who was on at the time.

Warning? What do you need a warning for? It clearly tells you swears/among other words are inappropriate so if said words are inappropriate don't you think building such things is inappropriate as well?

That said we don't require a warning necessary for such actions, your language was mainly what you were banned for. So the mario thing is just another thing to tack on.

In short you were banned for swearing/obscenities and avoiding the filter. Now you can tack on building inappropriate creations as well.

1. I doubt a new player would've found the wilderness
2. I said "in a straight line." I am knowledgable in the field of geometry and graphs.


Ask for the appealer, you've basically just blatantly lied to us about your not being rude.

Hello, I'm the guy that posted Ban Request: mrhamfish and got you banned in the first place. In the picture, you have multiple warnings that swearing and avoiding the filter would get you banned, and you had plenty more.

I have also seen the Mario thing not too long ago (and took a screenshot with F3 enabled, if you really need the coords to that, to get you banned then an there) when you randomly logged on, upon which I warned you that such a building would get you banned and that you should tear it down or clean it up.

Don't try saying you didn't have fair warning as I gave you more than enough warning, and while I may not be staff, you could have been banned right then and there had I simply decided to tell any staff member out there.
Now you're lying about, trying to say you didn't know any better.
After all the warnings, you should have had plenty of time to clean up your builds and your behavior.
Good luck getting unbanned.
