So this morning I heard from a good friend of mine, Mitchie151 that he had been banned from MineRealm. I found this quite strange as I know he would never use any illegal mods or do anything against the rules, so I decided I should check if I have been banned, and sure enough I was. Whilst I know I haven't done anything to break any rules (at least to my knowledge), I wasn't all too surprised that I was banned.

For the past week or so I have started to play MineRealm on a more regular basis, following my break of almost 6 months. During this past week, the crew working on Sub Aurora came to the knowledge that a nearby town, going under the name of Forseti had gone public. Seeing as though it seemed as though Forseti had been a ghost town for months, with the owner simply logging on every so often to keep his realms, we thought it would be okay to loot what we could find, in terms of items. In doing so, we never broke any rules (again, to my knowledge). When we looted the buildings we made sure to keep the loot in separate chests so that if any members of Forseti were to return, and want their items back they could have them.

Assuming this is the reasoning behind my banning (if it's not can I pleased be informed), I am very sorry for any frustration I may have caused to the past owners of these items. If Mitchie and myself are both un-banned, we will return all items we have looted to their rightful owners with pleasure.

I never intended any harms by my actions, and if I did I am very sorry.

I am looking into apparently there is some confusion going on somewhere.

I understand the situation but there was confusion on many things. It's my understanding you were given staff permission but they have already been talked to in regards of the situation. Even if you guys were moving the items to protect them you should have never been given permission to move them from the realm at all.

If anything you should of been told to buy the realms ect if you want to keep the realm. But it seems to me it was to loot the realm, which buying a realm or taking the loot with the sole intention of taking the loot is against the rules. Even if you moved them and marked them accordingly, staff would have to waste time then looking through their chests logs cataloging the items and then check yours to make sure everything is returned and that could take a very long time and no one wants to go through such a task.

I have also come to a understanding that the owners of said city have had several realm disputes with you which does raise some flags. I know it probably wasn't the intention but it is being looked upon.

TLDR; You guys looted the realm with the sole intent of "Protecting the items" which should of never happened. You want to protect them give staff sufficient reason to actually buying the realm they are on and then you will get permission. But note items should never be removed from the realm they are on till after x amount of time.

"we thought it would be okay to loot what we could find, in terms of items." This quote alone makes it sound like you guys looted with the sole intent to loot which is why you are serving a ban time like everyone else. With that said you will both be unbanned Tuesday July 2, 2013.

All looted items have been returned by Mitchie151 and myself to the storage room where a large majority of the items were taken from. We have also gone and replaced the taken endstone blocks back in their original positions.
