If i'm not mistaken coal typically sells for about 100rc per stack. You may have a hard time selling it at that price. Try lowering your price to about 5k.

I would like to point out that I had an auction on a double chest of coal a while back listed at 5,000 starting price and was still ridiculed for the price being high. Therefore you, sir, are overestimating the value by roughly 5k, even on your new "lower" price.
