I think relogging will put you back in the nether.

Yeah try logging out and back in again. If that doesn't work, then press F3 (should still function) and post your co-ordinates. Somebody might be able to drop past and help you out.

Staff will have to port you out or someone else will have to free you. The person responsible for trapping you in there can probably be banned for it as well. (Or at the very least given a warning)

Press esc, close the game, restart the game.

If pressing escape doesn't work just close the minecraft window by pressing on the red X or right click->close in the start bar.
