I usually wouldn't ban request for something this petty. They're just a pain to keep tearing down.

However, I asked him to stop trying to 1x1 over my wall BEFORE he got anywhere near the top, yet he acknowledged, and continued to the top, and then left it there.

He acknowledges and then ignores my request both to stop, and then to tear it down.
He was with WyvernRioreusu, however, I didn't see him trying to.

It is located at -1477, -1203
The path has also been messed up and the torches are missing.

one thing I hat the most are all the 1x1 noob towers left all around my empty castle. I can never catch them in the act to warn and burn them but they just keep doing it. staff should take more actions with these towers, they are just annoying and ruining/greifing up minerealm. I wish there was more punishment for these things.

Joking aside I wouldn't really say it's enough for a ban, yes it's rather annoying but we can't just go around banning everyone for building 1x1 towers.

As far as he goes, you did indeed ask him to stop and he persisted to get up there and didn't even remove it afterwards just for that I will grant the request but don't expect him to stay banned if he appeals.

Sorry, but I really don't see anything wrong with what he did. All I see is chat, and I don't even see a picture of the griefing he did. Even if you told him to stop, I don't see that he was doing anything other than trying to look in someone's realm...
Edit: His griefing picture just loaded, but I still don't see how he could get banned for that.

He told him to stop midway, he continued and the told him he couldn't see what was inside, he proceeded anyways and didn't remove it. Its right up against his realm.

Banned for building in a public realm? IMO although matters little is if he doesn't want that sort of thing happening then he should buy that realm. This nonsense about "Not allowed to look in my realm" is just ridiculous.

Edit: I could understand if he was laying lava all over the place or in front of you door impeding your right to flow in and out of your realm freely and safely. 1x1 towers do not impede that.

So next time a huge build up against the border of a public realm, I should cover it in cobble? Griefing is griefing. In addition, refusing to leave privately owned property upon request is a bannable offense (although the usual answer is lava).
