Heres how it will work. Ill explain it in simple steps since sometimes i just go rage at the keyboard:

1. Staff bans player
2. Server/Helpbot saysin public chat "<player> was banned for <reason>"

This may help for when people ask why they were banned. Regular players might help save staffs time.
Even if someone was banned outside of the game, it would still say in public chat. Although its simple it may be effective.

Lets see how the poll goes. And of course dlgn or Jon or someone is gonna find a really negative point about this so post first, read comments later.

What if a player doesn't want every nub on the server knowing why he was banned? The ban list is secret for a reason. All I can see this doing is causing unnecessary drama and spamming chat whenever Rokkr goes on a banning spree.

Sorry, Dragon, but you pretty much asked for it lol.

A simple scenario:

Staff A: Hmm, a group of people just logged on, and all look like they are hacking. Let me start following them.
Staff A: HAH! I saw this guy jump over a 6 high wall. I'm going to ban him.
<Server>: GriefingMoron1 has been banned for using jump hacks.
GreifingMorons2-?: Hey, staff is checking people at the moment. Stop flying so they can't catch us cheating and ban us. Wait until they aren't on.
1 hour later...
NewPlayer: WHY DID MY STUFF GET LOOTED!! WHY ISN'T STAFF DOING A BETTER JOB!!!
