He's not going down without a fight, either he wins, or he fades away from the server, just like hundreds of other ban appeals which were rejected.

you're getting a little hasty there, pally.
Sure, he may have made mistakes, but this is only his 4th ban, one of which was a pure accidental ban, one was stopping grief via illegal PvP, and another was a swearing incident. I wouldn't say it is ready for a permaban quite yet, but he certainly is running low on chances.
