Can't get signal on channel 1, and when I try on channel 2 it says I'm already logged in. Just me?

Mine, unfortunately:

I know why I was banned and that was for flying, but few of those times was because I was stuck in other people's realms, but most of the time it was so I could work on my realm. I'm trying to build modern architecture and its kinda hard without the fly mod. That's why I got it. If I am unbanned, then I won't use it anymore. I still have my original Minecraft.jar file so I'll revert back to that. So all I am asking is that I am unbanned. I have never griefed or given any other players problems.

My first 14(?) posts on the forums were in my first three ban appeals... Upstanding citizen I was..
