It's pretty obvious who Ael was talking about.
I want to say that the only reason this appeal hasn't been locked and rejected
is because staff is tired of doing it. He's just going to make another forum account
if this one is banned. Staff is probably just going to let this one sit and rot.
That's all speculation of course.
By the way, if anyone wants him to really stop, refer to him as -snipped-.
