I do not see any posts by intelli in this thread. Would you please clarify your claim that he has addressed this issue? And more specifically, which issue are you referring to, as we are discussing several?
As far as i can tell, you are simply trying to quash any talk in this thread to ensure you don't get re-banned, which is perfectly understandable, but is unlikely to happen. Moreover, discussing the bias shown towards those who can use a spell check and the enter key is a legitimate topic and there is no reason to disregard it.
Beyond that, claiming that its childish to judge someone by the way they write in a forum is stupid. And i do mean stupid. What else do we have to judge you on? What you write and how you write it are the only things we see. Unless you want us to judge you on action alone, but that would mean banning you for the sign as that is the only action most of us are aware of.
So, what exactly would you like to be judged by?

If he sent you a pm instead of posting, he intended it to be private, but that doesn't change the fact that he didn't post here, thus its irrelevant until he does to anyone but the people who received the pm.
Also, if that the extent of the pm, then you claiming it settles anything is just silly. The mod who banned you would of requested intelli to unban you, and intelli would of done it as he supports the mods. Intelli is the only person who can unban, so of course the pm would come from him. You got a form pm from intelli, claiming any higher meaning in it is far too much of a stretch.
