Where in the rules is Spritzo allowed to extend his auction as if it were "ending at his discretion" ? This has been shot down by mods on others' auctions, but why is nothing changed here?

This isn't about partiality. I don't have to be involved for justice.

Alright, I'm sorry for not acknowledging this extension rule. However, this does seem a bit of a loophole from the discretion drawback. I could write up an auction and back up the ending date until I'm satisfied. I don't see why rules aren't formed to fix this.
