Perhaps you swore "reflexively" at your computer screen, and that's perfectly fine. But I seriously doubt that typing a word into a keyboard is a reflex.

This is not uncommon for people heavily talking on web either for job or recreation.

Another example would be, sometimes I swing sword, or shoot (depending on game) at fellow player if he "creeps on" on me and I'm all jumpy e.g. playing in night, in the wild, on PvP server.

Either way I think everyone (of the admins) does not focus on the main point.

Again--you're not "talking" online, you're typing. I still don't buy the "typing curses is a reflex" argument, but there's also another issue in this latest argument of yours.

This is not a democracy--lots of people wanting something does not make it so. The shots are called by Intelli, and to some extent by the admins and mods he has decided to trust. In this case, I support his decision, in other cases I may not. But either way, such matters are not settled by the community as a whole, and appealing to public opinion is a terrible argument in cases where the public is not responsible for the decision making. To reiterate my earlier advice, being sorry (or, honestly, at least seeming sorry) for you mistakes would give you a far better chance of being unbanned than trying to argue that you shouldn't be held responsible for your actions.

I argued for everyone else (before the overprotective bot got me too) - that banning of otherwise "good" player for saying "damn" is the wrong responsibility.

Is occasionally seeing world "damn" causing you some damage?

This is Inteli server so he can do whatever, and I'm saying his whatever recently just makes this server worse for players that do not want their friends kicked in such situation.
