You can't, and it doesn't matter. The account is liable. We've seen far too many people claim it was someone else on their account for that reasoning to do you any good. Indeed, I personally tend to become even LESS supportive of anyone with the audacity to use such an excuse. As for bringing your religion into it, I find that to be trite, disingenuous, and all around insulting. Were you truly such a good person, you'd have done a better job at not cheating in the first place.

While we're at it, my opinion matters because I'm a 10th Dan-Bodhisattva-Swami-High Priest-Bishop, and high in line for every remaining monarchy. In other words, I can type whatever I please, but that doesn't make it true. It's your actions and the quality of your words that matter online. That's what we can verify, that's what can be shown, that is the empirical evidence that you're worth allowing back.

You should be asking the person who seems to have deliberately downloaded an X-ray Hack, and grief the creative server, and then furthermore tried to say that the clean players were acclaimed heartless.

You can always start over, admit you're wrong, and state what can be done to prevent this from happening again if you are unbanned. But right now such essentially empty statements are only digging your hole deeper.
