True. But with the reintro of TnT in some form, and a health system, PvP might as well be uprgraded to [ON] in the wilderness. Three forms of survival, this could make Minerealm a very complex survival server.

You have to consider the other players as well, not just yourself.

Newbies will likely starve before they can even get to public lands for example.

They can always /sethome on their travels until they get to public land. That way dying is no big deal for them at all - just a /home away.

This is true. Even though we don't have a hunger meter, I still traveled this way because fall damage would eventually kill me.

Easy, it takes too long for new players to begin making food or creds for the other options to be viable.

1.) If new players don't know how to survive, then they clearly didn't play singleplayer. If they don't take the time to learn how to play, then they shouldn't be trying out multiplayer.

2.)In singleplayer: You should try the hardest mode [ON] for those who have 1.8, it will make you a better player overall, and you could experience Minecraft at it's best and most intense.

3.) What's fun about super baby easy mode? If your all just taking the easy way out, you shouldn't be on a survival server. If your on this survival server to create homes and build creations, then GTFO. There is a creative server that can put up with your building fetishes just around the corner.

4.) All I'm saying is that Death and Moderate are much more welcome than a non-challenging easy mode, IMO. If you don't want to survive, and take an easy way out like a wussy, then please leave, and find a SURVIVAL server that has a handicap for you.

Metaphor for thought: If you don't like the team you root for, then get out of the stadium.
