I have had the privilege of building with Connor on creative before 3.0, and I know from experience that he takes his work seriously. The two probably deserved what they got and I sincerely hope Connor gets unbanned. And Kongel Nick, watch your back, you've just made a new enemy. Thugrats doesn't want Connor banned and neither do I. Posting that was a big mistake.

The way I see it, there's no moral wrong in obliging a couple noobs' request for a lava bath. The asked to be fried, and they were fried.

Thugrats was caught in it by pure accident, and he seems to hold no hard feelings over it.

So, my two cents is Connor deserves another chance.

After reading the responce, by Intelli, on Kress's ban appeal, it seemed like good advice to anyone who wants to get un-banned. So I'm just stating here a better explanation,

I'm sorry. I was foolish in my actions and not thinking or paying attention to what i was doing and who was getting in the way, and It was an immature responce to a problem that could have been handled otherwise.

So, I promise to be more mature with my thinking and actions; to think before doing something. Like with the lava incident, i could have contacted a mod or admin to make them stop what they were doing far better than lavaing them. As i said, i took the unneeded immature route. And shouldn't have.

I also apologize for anything, i ever said about the server dying. I was also, once again, wrong. Not dieing, just changing, and not for the worse, people leave, and new people come. But in-truly, i haven't been able to find another server. This is the best server out there, with the best community; an ever-changing one at that.

And also, about said 'Future actions' i think i what was said without looking back at the post. My future actions will be to keep-up and restart the once thriving city of 'Lumina', Sell the old plots and begin anew. And also, as i am now, continue being big on using the Forums and the Wiki. And last, and not all, and defiantly not least, sculpt the also once thriving 'TIBOL' into a park, for the further betterment of spawn, and the lackluster plot that is currently the remains of The International Bank Of Lumina.

So this is not to get responses, I just wanted to be able to state why i should be unbanned, and my apologies, and hope that i can come back soon.

People make bad choices and do stupid things, but people who had offended far worse have gotten to come back so, I don't see why you shouldn't be given another chance.

I am going to unban you. You were banned long enough for it to be an adequate punishment. Do not do anything like that again.
