Technically, Minerealm is Canadian so by connecting to the server youu are connecting to a computer in Canada. Even if this server followed said amendments, it would not be the American amendments but Canadian amendments. Minerealm has its own rules so the Canadian amendments don't even comme into play anyways.
this is the first time that any nub posted an appeal about this subject. my reaction to reading this appeal is *facepaalm* what has minereaalm become

Sadly there are no rules to the internet currently in the United States.

The link shows that in mid November the U.S Government may be implanting rules. But just if you were to go to Canada and break a Canadian law you would be face trial for the law in Canada and be punished as so. Which would mean even if the United States implemented the "Laws of the Web" the server is still located in Canada. Which as well as the United States does not implement their rights into the interwebs. Also the Bill of Rights applies to real life situations. Such as an actual house being broken into.. not one that was made on the internet. Also if the Bill of Rights did apply to the internet MineRealm would not be punished for banning you because it is not an existing place on the world map nor does would it even if it was because business have the right to do so. Once again if the Bill of Right existed on the internet and MineRealm was a real place you would have to serve time in the form of jail or community service depending on what is was YOU STOLE. Now imagine if you stole diamonds.... you would be in jail!! which I'm pretty sure is worst than getting a ban for a week or so. But after trying to compare the rules of MineRealm and the rules of the UnitedStates Gov I'm pretty sure its going to be longer than a week.. because it already has been. It's not looking good so far, better pray you even get the unban

Off of what Ari said, if the Constitution applied on the internet, anyone who played Grand Theft Auto Online would be given the death penalty. And that is just ridiculous- Getting in trouble with the law for playing a video game on the internet? Hahahaha, nope. Try again, buddy. Pull the other one, it's got bells on...

I think we've ground his constitution statement so far into the dirt that if he doesn't get it by now, there is no hope. I would be surprised of he doesn't understand.
