I would hesitate to ban on those alone. IIRC there is a bug that sinks you into the floor, there could also be a reverse one that causes you to appear to be floating and in all of those he is not floating any significant distance off the ground.

Plus, i thought intelli made a mod to spot flyers.

That mod is better at spotting laggers than flyers.

Noone can jump that high, and you are floating in every picture. Even if you weren't greifing, this seems like legitimate proof of you using a hack.

There's a client side bug that throws off the Y-axis of another person, making it seem like he's floating or swimming through land. This is fixed by relogging.

I'm well aware of this bug, but I've never seen someone having a higher y-axis appearence, they would always be at a lower position then they should be. I never said it was legit, I said it seemed like legit proof.

Every single picture except for 1 he is only 1 block higher than the nearest block. The only one which he is higher he's 1 block + jumping height.
