While a good idea, you have to realise that most of the time that it is not meant in a malicious way, so in that case, there should be warning (or 5 second kicks from the server, so the player knows what he did). If, however it is hurtful or vindictive intentionally, then it should be treated as if inappropriate language, one warning then a ban.

Just for observation purposes only, my teacher remarked a few days ago that we have "become overly sensitive to racial discrimination". Do you think that is the case?

Harassment is a banable offence.

If he continues, take some more screenshots and post a ban request.

Didn't you actually post a ban request about that specific example in the past, and it got dealt with? I seem to remember that exact description of the realm and it's MOTD from a topic/post in the bans section.

And yeah, I'm sure this is already a rule.

Ban request? No it was in site discussion, and its not really listed as a rule as listed in the the "offical rules" page linked below.
