Intelli's coding is amazing yes, but with the new implications with creative and the previous survival only code set, i'm sure there are going to be quirks here and there. This is just an idea, but maybe instead of combining the server/helpbots, have a seperate one for each server for banning players. Keep the "Flanny, you use bones" helpbot synced but... maybe a seperate banning bot code. Therefore people can be banned on survival for hacking but have a totally different set of standards for creative, to stop those with nukers and whatnot, because you realize the limit on breaking blocks in creative would need to be upped from the current breaking blocks speed meter on survival, being as you one hit everything. Not sure on how a dual coding for helpbot would work on lag but it's just a thought..
Survival and creative have different standards on how people mod to go around and grief and i think that needs to be considered and tweaked with.
Just an idea, but for sure when i was banned, my minecraft.jar had been and was clean.
