intelli is right... sand is one of those really simple things to get but the fact is no one really digs it to sell so that raises the price

Orwin you aren't being clear about what these are based on, or what these prices should tell us. Which one: 1) Trading value (what people should sell/buy for according to the Minerealm economy or 2) Actual Minecraft value (how much time and effort will produce the product)

It's also likely you're doing a mix of the two but at first you said number 2 but now you're saying it's number 1. I just want to clarify which of those this guide is aiming for before talking about prices.
