It warns you!!! I mean come on, after one warning how hard is it to pay attention to what you type? I mean yeah there may be the 1/100 chance you type someones name that has the word ass in it (ie:ASSasin) but seriously you say "damn" and then [warning blah blah if you swear again you will be banned] its pretty easy to notice if you are about to type a word or not. This is a legit server made for all ages. So be respectful of the rules and the fact that Intelli has created a server for ALL ages and whether you think something is a swear word or not you are not the parent or guardian of said child and therefore you do not get to determine that. Also for the fly hack ban yes there were plenty of unintended people that were banned for it and obviously since its a new element added to the server, Helpbot will initially have bugs which in time get worked out which if im not mistaken Intelli just implemented a new update to correct that issue. So really there are no real problems in the system unless you are unable to understande what "stop swearing or you will be banned" actually means. Help Bot actually helps people more than it currently screws them over with information on "where to build", "how do i earn credits", etc.

No, banning people for saying "chestfuls" and "analogy" is not right, it's a buggy system, which not only adds more work for the good admins/mods to figure out if the people banned were actually swearing, but also it doesn't seem to help new players out that much more than other players just answering the question, and it seems a whole lot more laggy than before.

I hope Intelli gets it sorted out, or just trashes the worthless "Helpbot".

This attitude is a poor attitude regarding this matter, it further perpetuates the notion that if you get banned you MUST have done something to deserve it.. This logic is faulty

You are aware that helpbot bans for many other reasons right? for instance flight... if it detects flight it bans you, guess what... IT ALSO BANS YOU IF YOUR /HOME BUGS and it detects flight

does the guy that uses /home deserved to be banned?

Regulatory measures should never screw any one except the wrong do-ers, The fact that so many innocents have been banned and are awaiting appeal reviews is more then enough to prove helpbot is not working correctly

The issue is FURTHER compounded by a lackluster performance by the group of people who actually deal with the appeals, whos apparent inability to process the dozens of appeals that go up each week force good dudes to find other servers not only forcing them out, but leaving behind whatever structures/buildings they have erected cluttering the serverscape.

The notion that if you are banned you must be a bad guy, Is a retarded one. and will keep many good players who could be contributing members of your community locked out.
