I think your story is true.. I can imagine someone doing that. There's a lot of really young kids on this server that just won't let it go when someone accidentally starts using their "claimed" land. I dealt with one of those people the other day.. Regardless though, I think you'll have to post your ban appeal in its own appeals thread, it just seems that's the way they want you to do it on the forum.
