Should be common sense, if mods aren't allowed, obviously xray won't be.

Why would you be allowed to have an advantage over players who don't know how to install these mods/want to play legit?

Point: Not all X-rays are mods to be installed, there are varients of Xray incorperated as texture packs.. if this is what he had.. he could have thought it was ok. Point in case: A Lot of the xrayers thought that the texture pack was not a mod but, yet they were banned. hence the new signs were placed so no confusion about xray could insue...

No, it should have been common sense not to use the x-ray mod. As I mentioned in the original post, it was dumb of me to think it was allowed.
