No, I wasn't drinking when I wrote that reply. It was in reference to 08's post "Cancer_Cowboy does what he wants". I don't drink everyday :3 The night it happened I was afk farming and watching YouTube didn't think much of it at the time. If in the furtue I decide to partake I won't log into Minerealm at all and If I'm afk I will log out beforehand. Sorry, If my first post seemed sort of nonchalant Rokkr I do love this server and won't allow this to happen again.

Both I and VVolfie told you countless times to get off the server or at least stop cursing. You avoided the filter a bunch of times and then cursed in chat 3 times but didn't get banned until the 3rd time.

If this is just one incident and that much occured, and it has happened previously, what will it take to make you learn? Even after being warned by a staff member you continued to swear. Most people stop when reprimanded, and yes, you may have been under the influence of something, but that's no excuse. In real life you get arrested for breaking the law whether you're drunk or not. It shouldn't be different here.

Such a little offensive only should warrant a small amount of days. It does help quite a lot.

I was simply explaining what caused the offense in the first place (I don't normally go around swearing in chat).. I wasn't attempting to make an excuse expecting to be treated differently from anyone else in the same situation, but sober.

I was saying that not swearing was a law on Minerealm, so doing so is breaking a law. If you also break a law in real life, saying you were under the influence doesn't let you get off any easier.

Actually, you can get arrested for swearing in real life. Generally it will fall under that category of Disorderly Conduct. For instance, in my state, the definition says, in part

§ 42.01. DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
(a) A person commits an offense if he intentionally or knowingly:
(1) uses abusive, indecent, profane, or vulgar language in a public place, and the language by its very utterance tends to incite an immediate breach of the peace;

I also know Australia has a Summary Offenses act that does include swearing in public as a crime.

Yes the laws exist but they are seldom enforced, hence my comment.
