Honestly I have no clue where to begin. I'll simply quote a few things even though I could end this in one sentence.

"This is not the United States of America. You could also say staff is violating the fourth amendment(The right against unlawful searches and seizures). We search your inventories and homes for illegal items without ever having to obtain a warrant from a magistrate or judicial official.

We are violating the first amendment because we don't allow you to advertise or swear(Freedom of speech).

We are violating the 6th amendment because we don't always hold a trial, let you question witnesses and determine the conclusion.

We are violating the 7th amendment because you don't get to stand before a grand jury for severe crimes, instead you are just banned.

We are violating the 8th amendment because when you use * or a hacked client, you get permanently banned.

The most primary issue with your argument is that you have no grounds, this is not America nor is our server founded upon the United States Constitution.

Unlike the real world, accountability is limited in the online atmosphere. We are required to present evidence to fellow staff members and if such evidence is not sufficient to justify a ban, the violator is unbanned or isn't banned to begin with. I know this because I've had an opinion that someone needed to be banned and a superior staff member determined there wasn't enough evidence to conclude that. Therefore the user wasn't banned.

If you are going off of constitutions and laws of government then you can find laws in almost every country that we, along with every other online community violate.
That is because this online world is its own country, we are governed by our own laws and managed by our own enforcement.

The list of amendments we violate goes on and on.
It is not determined by a capitalist mindset, we do not vote on who the CEO of servers is, we enforce the rules and honor the expectations the owner puts on us.
If you feel you or someone else has been wrongfully banned, that is what the ban appeals are for.
There is a right way to do something and a wrong way to do something."

But to make it short and sweet "This is the Internet, not America. No laws apply on the Internet except the very laws set on the sites themselves. Your countries' freedoms mean nothing here as we are a private entity."

If the only Internet laws can be made on sites then Minerealm is a server and therefore it has no rules.
Also, my rights apply to me in the United States of America, and you can't seize people's rights.

Actually minerealm has its own rules and so what ur in America the internet is not America since its across the world so the American laws do not apply to it therefore we don't have to listen to them, Also tbh I have a feeling ur pushing ur self closer and closer to a permaban the more u say Rokkr is in the wrong. You would prob be unbanned already if u didn't throw out the whole law stuff

Just my 2c.
The US government came back online a week or so ago. Plus, if that meant that the constitution was also suspended for that time, there would be total anarchy right now.

Minerealm administers its own rules, and can punish (in this case ban) if these rules are broken. The internet is not the United States. Regardless of your citizenship, your rights change depending on which country you are in. Your rights are different on Minerealm than on the US. Appropriate measures have been taken to make sure you don't further breach your rights and rules.

Please apologise and stop with this nonsense. It makes the whole process so much easier for you and the admins.
