Im sorry, I never actually saw when the realms disbanded. I was told by Sarahliz a long time ago that this faction was disbanded/abandoned but I guess not all of the realms were. Until recently, I'd never been to the city except on the server map. The other day I was boered and I went over exploring to see what the area was like and see if there was anyone living there. I found almost everything public except one or two of sarahliz's realms. I looked in the chests and it appeared that everything of high value had already been taken so I figured the realms had been disbanded for over two weeks and someone had already taken most of the stuff. I then took the few items left that were useful and left. I dont know why you are putting myself and Aptos together because I don't even think he was on at the time. Anyway, I am very sorry and will always make sure to ask staff before taking items from public chests.

Even if they were disbanded or even looted for that matter neither of you notified staff so essentially you were allowing others to break the rules and then broke them yourself.

As far as putting you together well there is several chests in these areas and the time logs show you both being there at the same time.

That's strange, I think I would have seen him and/or noticed that he was on.

Anyway, as I have already stated, I understand what I did was wrong and I will not do it ever again. I do not think this is deserving of a permabann considering that this is my first offense.

I hope I can start playing on my favorite server again soon!

I would like to add that I have been playing on this server for almost two years and would never intentionally do something that could get me banned/permabaned. This is the only multiplayer server I play and I have put countless ours in to playing on it. I would not like to see this all destroyed because of one mistake I made.

this is a joke. why not just lock every piece of land no one is allowed to touch.
after all you get banned for "looting" and "griefing". which is applied to any modification whatsoever in that realm
