So reviewing this and walking the route/land ect I can see faults from both sides. There were a few areas you did build right through that were marked (from looking over the screens ect the bridge was in claimed area but the signs were griefed) as far as the ones through the area's around the realms. You are technically correct in the sense they weren't claimed.

They had no signs on those specific areas, however you probably should have consulted with staff or the owners before cutting in between the realms. As you can see in one of the last screenshots your tunnel came out directly at claimed land and chests which if you surveyed the area before digging through you would have noticed and you would have talked to them anyway and avoided all of this. I can why you were banned and I understand your frustration, I will grant the unban even if you don't want it.

With that said if you are building near private realms, you should probably talk with the owners first. Just because it is not clearly marked you would still need a sufficient reason to be building there, because in essence you are blocking them in and for all you know they could consider it harassment depending on the situation. Overall this is just one big mess but I do feel the ban was necessary to get through it.

As far as that goes, I honestly don't know what I can say to you. I hear the same thing all the time about new players but all of us were new players at one point and had to face the same difficult terrain, grief, realm issues, ect ect. It's nothing new and will never get old and there is no avoiding it. Follow the rules and everything goes smooth, if you don't quite understand something ask us staff. I don't see where the issues are? Whether or not you feel you don't want to bother staff with such trivial things is when you possibly get in trouble for something so minor and is why we plead the players to ask us if they don't understand.
