Okay Ive come to a perception that this really sucks. I know I've said this a lot of time before but on top of the ban I'm missing out on quartz? I know that when more than 75 percent of the server sees the update about quartz everyone will start going hog wild and most likely get as many quartz as they can while creating new things in minerealm that haven't ever been done before. And then there's me. Banned. I understand I intentionally looted items from the realm but I thought I was actually following by the rules of giving two weeks and waiting but I guess I was wrong.

Well I don't want to make you think this is sympathetic at all and that I'm trying to get attention but think of it as yourself and say you were a complete gamer and the new call of duty ghost came out and your sitting at home because you aren't allowed to play til a month after its out (basically assuming my ban time). And I know that's all about punishing and what I deserve but I just wanted you to know this really sucks. I admit I looted and I thought I was in the clear from a warning but I guess not. It all fine, if I don't get unbanned I'll understand but I'll keep trying as this server runs (which it always will). I hope to see the you guys soon and I'll be bumping. Please don't flame or even just comment. I've already confessed and I just don't need any of you people's comments because its a fact you all hate me. Well hopefully the staff comes to their senses:/

Sorry if I break the rules on posting on Ban Appeals, Kerovon, but I feel this post may contribute to this appeal, and to future appeals.

When people speak of the 'two week rule', it generally means two weeks before you tear down any buildings and replace with your own. This doesn't mean you can tear things down and sell the realm. And always ask Staff first.

I personally think this is an honest mistake on U2QU's part, but I post this anyway as potential future reference. :3

Honestly, I am new to the Minerealm server. U2QU has directed me to Minerealms and he has helped me get started. He really has been a help to other people including myself, he may have done something wrong, but he has had a forum before on this matter, and he had got a post about a 2 week rule. He has mentioned it to me and I know he has followed it. Voting the obvious, and hope to see you before the other player of Minerealms take all the nether quartz.

If this were the first time then sure a second chance would be acceptable but I couldn't imagine how many times you have done this without getting caught. on your last ban appeal for the same thing staff even said that the two week rule isn't a rule yet here we are again. sorry u2 but I think a longer ban is deserved this time maybe then you will learn your lesson. always ask staff before taking items from a realm. do not just buy realms to loot then sell again if you get unbanned.

Last I checked enforcing the rules is completely within our senses.

Yes we have talked about this prior, I warned you about it, and I only knew of the one realm. Other staff then found even more recent examples of looting so it was a decision to ban you again for it.

The main issue is the fact that this has happened several times. I understand that you misunderstood the rules, but you never stopped to ask for more clarification regarding it either. We have always stated you cannot buy a realm with the sole intent of looting, and staff have repeatedly stated that there is no "Two Week Rule". If you know other people who are looting like this then report them for breaking the rules.

With that said, I do think you might have one last chance. You just really need to brush up on the rules, I know you have argued about the looting rules using others as examples but as I said they have bought/kept the realms and then continued to further build on them, they didn't buy it just to loot. That doesn't mean you can just build a noob hut on top, and keep possession of the realm to allow you to loot it though. So do you have anything else to discuss?

No I do not. Thank you Rokkr for stating that well, and yes if I get unbanned and I rejoin back in until that date I will not loot or any other thing that will break rules or harm the server in any way. I understand I've been given many chances and this time I thought I was following the rules, well now I just won't loot period and respect the fact that those items are someone else's and can't be taken in any circumstance. But I do have one question, what happens if a staff sees one of my loots that occurred before this ban? Will they ban me again? I noticed you said there were various places I looted items from but what happens if a staff sees one and bans me again? Is there any way they can check the dates or something so that it doesn't happen as a mistake?

it will say when they check what was looted how many hours ago it was looted, even if it was before this ban they may ban you again as it is a separate offence.

I think what he is trying to ask is, what if staff sees another loot before this ban. I think what he is trying to ask is will he get banned again from previous mistakes, given that he just got banned, and warned for trusting in a rule that was just a spoof. In my eyes, he does not want to get banned again for previous mistakes.

I can't really say you wouldn't it really depends who makes the ban ect. If it is from prior to you unban ect it will most likely be dismissed as it is from a previous ban, but you could possibly be unbanned but if it happened I'd figure it out and unban you.
