Yes it does. Explain this, why would he come to my town to randomly give me melons, wreck it, then stalk me even after a staff came. If he did randomly do a nice thing why would he do many bad things to me when i did nothing to him, I don't even know who he is. I was violated by him.
He came onto my private land even after i told him to stay away, he stole food from my garden on land that i hadn't privatized yet, then he followed me even after Burt came, then he wrecked my building which is considered griefing by EVERYONE. why would i randomly want to have a random guy banned. I have evidence of all the crimes. I'm sorry to do this but i believe when someone does a terrible thing that they need to pay not get of Scott-free.

Well there is a free melon farm near spawn that can supply upwards of 8 stacks of melons. Some of those melons might have come from there.

I'm sorry I didn't see that error. But even with that he did break blocks on my land which is griefing and i have evidence of that. what that guy said is true 1 block broken is still a ban. Thank you.

Taking melons isn't a bannable offence since melons grow back, you'd only have to wait a little while for it to grow back.

My god I wish it was, I had noobs sneaking into my realms every day and harvesting my entire 8 stack wheat farm every day. I had to break down and buy seeds at the end (while spending a week building a series of 1000 block long walls to keep them out) stealing someones food should be looting

Unfortunately taking food from a farm isn't classed as looting, as this thread shows.
When it happened to me I requested a ban but VV said no.

Plants are deemed exempt from the ban rules, why you might ask? Because when you take down a plant you get seeds.
If you replant them then no hard feelings, but if you don't, that's a bannable offence. Melons are different because they grow differently to wheat etc. if you take down a melon block you get melon slices, but that doesn't stop the plant from growing another fruit, does it?

I was banned 3 times as a nub and I've never been banned since, why you ask? Because I read the rules!!!!!!

If he took wheat, carrots, potatoes etc. then he could be banned, but he doesn't appear to be doing that does he?
