Same concept would apply for the /who is.
After a while the novelty wears off and it simply becomes a little something fun we can do besides normal speech like talking in third person!

I think also one of the reasons it may have been removed (What I personally believe) was it would show to people who had typed /chat to avoid the chat. I personally found it quite annoying.

I have to vote no... it is bad enough that worm already talks in the 3rd person half the time... with the /me it would be the only command I would ever use. Most people are fairly used to just using asterisks or talids anyway.
