I don't use my home wifi on my cell and banning a cell IP wouldn't stop a home wifi for another account.

Your home IP address has already been recorded. All staff has to do is look it up in their logs.

What is the point of making another account? If you post something using that account, it's gonna be obvious it's you, and it will be banned.

Even if we couldn't identify you, I'm pretty sure you're not smart enough to survive long without getting your new account independently banned for new offenses. You seem a little slow to learn.
