Lightbulbs was banned for killing at spawn, and afterwards he admitted to robbing 22 realms. After the way he treated the admins and mods, and even attempted to blackmail Panthers, most of the staff do not necessarily "like" him anymore. But their opinion doesn't matter when talking to the owner of the server, and thus Lightbulbs was unbanned and it was announced that stealing is "not encouraged". Whatever that means.
