Im not accusing you of anything, im just going by what is listed as bans reasons. A staff member had banned thesockbin for being you alt as to what reason I am unsure but being on the same ip is partial to it.

He cant really. Its like a criminal changing his identity and being caught by the police. They cant just let him go. They need to resolve it.
