This seems like a blatant malicious ban request.

If this happened multiple times throughout the night, why? Was he following you around, were yall just magically crossing unfortunate paths, or were you repeatedly showing up on your own accord? How did you keep getting in a position to be lava'd?

First of all, ryroloryan was explicitly in the wrong. It has been previously said that to be able to kill trespassers, you need to warn 3 times, at least once in private message. Ryroloryan warned once in public chat, and not at all in private messages. This means that he has not met the absolute basic criteria for doing it.

Additionally, Intelli has said that those trespassing rules do not apply in the spawn area, which is part of the price you pay for living in a crowded city. That means that even if Ryroloryan had warned him adequately, then he would still be in the wrong.

He has been warned about this now, so I will not be banning him. However, if this happens again, I will be liberal in handing out the bans.
