You're a good guy to me U2, and you really seem to enjoy playing on the server. However, actions cannot be undone. If you are willing to pay the guy/girl back, give him/her the realm for free, and then on top of that return everything, I don't see why you shouldn't be unbanned. 20,000 blocks broken and everything replaced is not too bad of an offer.

I love this server and the way it was created to the date of the day I started playing. If I could take back my action I would. I am more than willing to give this realm to the original owner for free and give them back everything I had took. I will no longer be entering realms that belong to me. No one on the server knows how much playing this means to me. I play atleast 10 hours a day and basically no life it. Not for sympathy but for someone to actually realize that everything I have goes into this server and everything I can will stop my griefing problem. If I grief again I would ask for permanent ban. Just for one more chance and nothing to regret.

To be frank you both knowingly were robbing people, even if they didn't claim their items what would of happened if they did and you guys bought, looted, and sold quickly? It would make it look even worse. I just don't understand how you continued to do it even with that current request pending. You guys were asking for a ban.

I was going to keep the realm and actually respect its quite nice architectual values but Ive never really bought a realm just to loot it. This was my first time. All me and N1Nc would do before to get money is sell glass and enchant and sell. I know the actions are wrong from my part and severely consequentable but I have too much into this server to just give it up. I would get into more detail but it would just be drawn out boredom. Basically what im saying is my actions were childish and careless and what im changing is my whole role to the server. I wont be doing any of this anymore and any rule will be obeyed before all precautions of any actions I part in all recognitions.

I don't have any particular feelings for or against U2QU, not having had any personal dealings with him. I note the following though:

1) There was a recent ban request thread for U2QU (active 16-18 Feb) where it was made quite clear by Origami and confirmed by Aelcalan that buying developed realms for any other reason apart from re-development is not permitted.

2) The official rules state that "if you purchase a realm out from a player, you are required to save their stuff and give it to them. If you take the contents of their chests, or if you loot blocks they were building with, it will be considered griefing and theft, and we will ban you."

3) Kerovon states that you purchased the realm and immediately looted the chests.

Based on these three very clear points, why should a ban appeal be considered? The rules are clear. You were pointed in their direction by the Ban Request thread. You still chose to ignore them. You're not the kind of player I want active in Minerealm.

I absolutely agree with this.

It is frowned upon by admins (I was told by one) to barter realms for the sake of credits. Not only do you do this, but then openly and willingly break server rules, in order to acquire a gain.

I don't buy your description of your future obsequious behaviour, especially since its purpose is to earn approval.

I've never had any real direct interaction with you, with that said, here are my thoughts as an outsider to the situation:

I think more people would buy the "architectural preservation" motive if the first thing you did after purchasing wasn't to immediately loot everything that wasn't "glued down", so to say. Ultimately, you will need to prove to the staff that you were intending to preserve everything (while simultaneously stealing everything), which, I'm afraid, will be an uphill battle.
