Sure, I haven't been around to personally witness this. But everything U2QU has said seems legal, that is, if the two weeks has expired. I might not be aware of his motives besides starting a farm, but there is nothing illegal here, so there shouldn't be an unban.

If he bought the realms after seeing the thread where it mentions it may be used for an arena, then that was stupid and an attempt to try make some money off them.

2. Where are U2's other realms?

If U2's other realms are nowhere near then I imagine that he is using the animal farm as a cover up, if they are nearby then fair enough.

3. Why did you choose those realms?

As someone else said before there are public realms in the area that no-one has built on that you could easily make a farm on.

Also U2 there is no reason why you could not let them use it for 1 day as an arena before you make your farm.

First off, for clarification, U2 bought the realm less than a week ago, for I remember visiting it and seeing it was public a few days ago.
Secondly, there is a rule that if the previous owner of the realm wishes to regain whatever was in the realm, if it's under two weeks since the realm was purchased, any building supplies and/or items in the realm can be reclaimed. That's only if he/she asks for them SPECIFICALLY though.

There's a difference between asking something to stay, and asking for the items of which it was built from.

First off you never asked for your building supplies, even though I'm not giving them to you. And two I never even seen the post that there would be a pvp event. There is no rule against griefing a realm that I just bought and if I wanted to buy a realm anywhere that's public I have the right to. Here's what I'm gunna do: 1.) I'm not going to sell it back to you because then you'll think km trying to make money on it which I'm not. 2.) I won't demolish it so you can still have your little structure you built. 3.) no one will get perms to this realm ever although I will allow you to use it for one day by simply opening the doors. That doesn't mean I'm giving you perms. 4.) when I want to built something I want on it then i will because I fully 100% own it and have every right to do what I want with it even though I'm agreeing to leave it to satisfy you. Now does that make everyone happy? I think this is why many people wanted right?

1.) You aren't required to sell it back.

if you purchase a realm out from a player, you are required to save their stuff and give it to them. If you take the contents of their chests, or if you loot blocks they were building with, it will be considered griefing and theft, and we will ban you.

It's obviously up to you what you want to do with the realm, but if you demolish the stadium you need to return the building materials, and of course anything in chests in the realm. Also, if you do want to demolish it, I would advise you to check with staff to see what they think of this. I know you don't think it's griefing but a different interpretation of the rules might change that.

This whole thread is stupid. A ban request is unnecessary. This will most likely lead to being locked because of U2QU and dilsifprosif1 will start insulting and flaming at each other. Dilsifprosif1 you don't have to have this pvp arena. There is a very nice and huge pvp arena that i know of and a lot of people know of. One word, ARCANE. They have a pvp arena there. It is massive and perfect for your fight to take place there. I suggest using that one because you wouldn't like having your fight on a place where you don't feel comfortable in, since the owner atm dislikes you. If you need the code to get into Arcane as me or red when we are on.

I am on no one side, i just think this is just gonna lead to being locked due to arguments taking place.

Last I checked, that stadium occupied the entire realm. Are you going to build something different on it, or expand the stadium?
