Well, it's actually the staff member who helps you the most (ie is actively online most of the time)... Most of the staff members are very supportive and helpful, so when I voted for someone it doesn't mean the others are not excellent.

I would love to read one day an interview with one or two staff members... how is it to be a staff member, what is the most annoying thing etc... what would you think or what would questions you would like to ask?
