I only see pics of one lava event. If there was a picture of a second event that would be solid proof that he was intentionally attacking people in spawn with lava. However, all those pics look like the same single event. Which could possibly be an accident.

Heres the whole story agent and zerg were spawn camping on the bridge i walked past and they tried to kill me so i got my full diamond armor and some diamond tools this time they killed me, i got super pissed off i chased them with lava buckets. It was so lagy that when i went to pick up the lava it duped i didnt know about this till agent started saying "Hunting griefed spawn and the bridge" so i went to clean it up. What i did wrong was that I shouldn't of abused the lava bucket. I will never use lava buckets ever again.

He also admitted to having duped items and was aware of it and still keep it.And trying to kill people in spawn with said lava.
What is your response?

Ugh. He rolls in and admits breaking the rules, after i just moved the demand for evidence to the accuser. This is why lawyers order their clients to keep their mouths shut.

However, he admits to attempting to attack with lava in spawn, but its also clear he didn't grief or intend to grief, and as he didn't kill anyone he wasn't spawn camping. To be spawn camping he would of needed to kill someone, then hit them again right at spawn.

So...the sum of his crime is attempting to break a rule while angry at spawn campers and failing because the lag wouldn't let him hit his target.

Im not really seeing much here worth banning over. And did he actually break a rule? Since he failed to do any harm does it even count?

Duped items? What duped items? I don't see anything about duped items anywhere? You have an proof of these supposed duped items?

No because when i placed the lava i clicked twice since it laged i found out sometimes it laged so much the lava appeared 10-20 seconds later i did not "dupe" rather laged so much it epic failed

Hes right he didnt dupe anything,But he was still running around spawn chasing them down putting down lava behind them.Explain that.

You got any proof he was laying down lava all over spawn? From what i can see, he chased them around and only placed that one spot of lava which failed to do any harm. Which he then attempted to clean up. Or at least, thats all i see proved. Anyone have any more pics?

Heres a question for Hunting,why did you place the lava.Remember honesty is always the best choice cause if we find out you weren't your possibility for a successful appeal flys out the window.
Why do you always try to help the accused players until theres 100% concrete evidence to get them banned?
