Right. I hate to ban request people, but no staff are on and things are getting a bit out of control.

Roobean is always having silly auctions in chat for things like 'Selling one diamond! Starting at 1 credit!'

Every single time someone bids 2, or 3, or 4 credits, he updates his msg using the new chat feature. This causes chat to be FILLED with messages.

Now, a ban request over this is silly, right? So I asked him, twice, to please stop spamming, I like to pay attention to chat and it's not easy when it's filled with his messages.

Instead of trying to compromise with me, he said 'umad agent?'

Now I know he's just fooling around. Roob is an awesome guy, I don't hate him or anything. But he constantly does this to annoy me... Not cool.

He said himself he does it 'Because it's funny'. I told him trolling is against the rules (I was half kidding, just joking around really) and he told me 'There isn't a rule that says that!' So I told him that it goes under 'Respecting players and staff.'

Anyhow, he decided right after our chat, to have another auction. He preceded to fill up chat yet again, obviously intending to troll.

Pretty much, I've tried multiple times now, to talk to him in a serious way, and he continues to spam the chat. All I'm asking is he stops, and in return he does it more just to get on my nerves. I find chat is distracted by it's usual, well, chat, when Roob is constantly filling it, over silly auctions like a single diamond, or one block of dirt.

I hope Roob won't hate me over this, but seriously, I asked him twice, and he just continues on :/ Not very respectful if you ask me.

There is no evidence posted here to validate this request. As correct as you are, it has been stated repeatadly that without Screenshots for evidence, no amount of people agreeing is the equivalant.

I witnessed this, it is quite annoying. I asked him to stop too. He completely ignored him. I also saw him going "umad Agent?" and talking about how things not 100% stated in the rules weren't bannable.

I don't like to reply to topics in the Ban Section but since this is about me, and since you posted in my most recent topic I hope the Staff won't find this irritating.

I do not do my Auctions in-game to annoy people, I do them because I find them fun and a good way to make profit.

In a real-life Auction, the Auctioneer constantly updates the current price and what is being sold to the people bidding and people who may be interested in bidding. The reason I do this to is because it is a really good way of having successful Auctions; Consistency and Presentation.

I then went on to say something along these lines: 'I do respect players and staff, its up to you whether or not you find my Auctions annoying'

It isn't lack of respect, it's giving an answer which, in your opinion, wasn't the answer you wanted.

First off, I for sure only said this every 10-20 minutes. Not 5-10 seconds after each other.

Also, I actually had diamonds for the taking... People have gotten away with 60 diamonds before, unlike where Roobean is only selling a block of dirt, for example.

When people ask me to stop spamming, I do so!

I realized every 10-20 minutes is way to much to be advertising such a thing. Since then, I've stopped advertising so much. The difference is when I see I'm frustrating people, I stop. Roobean does the opposite. When he knows he's frustrating people, he pushes and does it even more. :/

Nobody spams like Roobean does! And here's the catch. When I asked Roobean to stop multiple times, he keeps on going. I'm sure if I asked you to stop, you would of stopped!

I don't want you to stop having auctions! I just asked if you could please stop with the constant filling of chat.

Anyhow, I find it very silly that you claim to be doing this for profit! You own a spawn realm. Even if you did get it as a gift, I think you know how to earn credits. Selling one diamond at a time isn't exactly fast.

Why not just post a thread and sell a stack at a time? :/

Nether do I like that Roobeans low auctions that fills the chat effectively whit the donor tag, but as Agent states it's not bannable.

So I guess this reguest is all about "Please, Roobean". Keep it in mind.
