I haven't been playing on Minerealms that often, but since I've started I've been playing -almost- constantly.
I play late at night sometimes, early in the morning, and from what I've seen Wxclm could potentially be a Moderator. There are things he has to work on such as good communication, (though the reason for this is he could just be busy building).
I like Mod's to have a quick response time as in "Is there any mods online?" 2-3 seconds later

Wxclm: Yes, what do you need?
Mods need to have a complete understanding of everything that goes on, and be able to cope with angry players and liars. If you have poor people skills you shouldn't be a moderator, but I don't think Wxclm has a problem with people skills, just needs a faster response time.
When I need a Mod, I don't need a Mod in a couple minutes, I need a Mod immediately.
When Wxclm has been online from what I've seen, he is a very friendly person and can be very nice. When people are causing trouble he's not far from trying to stop it. When people are having fun, he's not far from joining in.
He has friends and people like him and he is generally accepted within the community, from what I've seen. I have no qualms with him, and I wouldn't have a problem with him being a Moderator as I would like there to be more Moderators online in the first place and/or just have people that are capable of helping me in any situation that I might have.
Overall Wxclm should be HIGHLY-CONSIDERED

3. More involvement in others problems
Reasons he should become a Moderator
1. He's very sociable
2. He upholds the rules
3. He is on a different Time Zone (giving more Mod coverage)
