Potato, the most likely reason why you were banned was because your brother was banned for xray, so you must have been a top suspect while you mined diamonds.

The way MineRealm picks up X-raying is it goes off how many ores you mine in a certain amount of time, drops do not have an effect, so mining with a Fortune III pick would have made no difference. I am not sure exactly how many ores it is/in what period of time, but all I know is it's pretty hard to legitimately get auto-banned for x-raying without actually using x-ray.

I suggest you just sit back and wait for a Staff member to examine your mines manually.
