Tbh there was no names in the video so not much proof, and if that is you recording why did you stop several times to check chat but yet you didn't alert one mod that people were spamming furnaces?

It looks to me like he was the cameraman for a griefing group. So he didn't place any furnaces himself but was in fact a part of their group and recording for them for uploading to youtube, but not as proof of griefing but as a griefing video.

1. No-gui mode to not show names.
2. Checking chat regularly for signs of rage.
3. Not reporting greifing at all.
4. Set to music. Seriously, this is a common thing in griefing videos since avo did it.

This looks to me like a griefing video simply being posted as proof of not griefing. I would suggest he remain banned unless he comes up with an unedited video with gui mode so we can see names.

I actually was about to say, let him remain banned, because of that awful, overplayed music. You shouldn't be entertaining people with your ban appeal. It shows that you're not very responsible.

1. Thats how i play minecraft. yes its weird but its how i enjoy it.
2. well since there were mod right there i thought maybe i didnt have to say any thing. i was going into chat to say some thing. then a mod came so i thought hmm he will take care of it so i closed chat.

4. i don,t know who avo is. but i had to audio swap it , as there was music in the back ground because when i was frapsing i was listing to my itunes so i didn't want any copyright strikes against my name beacause its my professional account.

Heres how I see it
1)You were trying to protect their identity for a greifing video
2)You were checking to see if anyone was catching on so you wouldn't be caught
3)You should still report it to a mod and make sue they are aware of the greifing,hence more evidence against you
4)You didn't have to include sound,with simple video editing you could have easily removed the sound from that video
To much evidence is against you at the moment.Just because you say you weren't doing it the mods have sufficient evidence to keep you banned.I may be wrong but i believe you were there to assist with the greifing and to record the greifing video.

The odds are stacked against you on this.I truly want to believe your innocent but all this evidence against you.You had all those furnaces and conveniently was walking around spawn filming people greifing with furnace.You have no true well thought out argument here.
Give us a reason why you should be unbanned.

You do seem like you sincerely want to be able to play on the server again.Why would you not have edited out the music,it made that "proof" look like a joke.It still seems like you were trying to protect there identity's.I still don't see you giving us much of a reason to want you unbanned.
