eh, serves people right for having any sort of mods installed. If you don't want to be banned, remove all mods... simple.

I know I was on creative the whole time flying and spamming blocks like a mad man.
Some of the people who got banned used to use modified clients and said in their appeals they don't have modified clients, so you never know.
