Well where to start I own several realms near spawn, if I got it I would make sure whatever is built there is eye pleasing and nice like the rest of my builds. I always wanted the realm right next to my tower of pisa so I could rip it down and rebuild and expand it a bit so that would help, and I could build something else very nice next to it.

I'll also keep the arena intact if wanted, most likely raise it higher so would need to rebuild but it can stay There's my reason hope it's good enough.

Silverlight is a large ever expanding realm. Silverlight could use this to benefit new players, increase our industry and give us a foothold at spawn.

A spawn realm such as this would be a fantastic way to show what we do at silverlight, and a good chance to show off what we can do... by building something very nice, rather than some of the junk currently at spawn.

I am also a member of one of the most prestigious creative servers there are, an although I dot play there any more, the fact that I am a member shows that I am capable of creating great things.

If we it this realm, it would not only be functional and friendly, but well designed and beautiful.

Okay, here is why I want it.

My friend and I have been building up a city called Clow (link to city below). We were hoping to build it up enough to get spawn point status so that we could create a community in that area of the map, but now that the default spawn is spawn city, our plan won't quite work. So here's our solution: We want to build a tower in spawn city that will help attract people to our city. It's the same concept as some of the embassies, however we also want to build something that looks awesome and will help inspire newcomers of minerealm.

Since you are giving your spawn realm away for free, I would like to apply for owner ship.

You see, I am extremely poor. I have a total of two realms and I have 7,000 credits currently. The reason I am so poor is because I really don't need thousands of credits. I want to help people and/or make Minerealm a more enjoyable server. The reason I want your spawn realm is so I can give new Minerealm players a place to stay until they find their own place. It must be near to spawn though, so people can set their home and go to spawn to bring their items to their newly found home. My service is going to be totally free of charge and it will allow for people to stay somewhere while trying to find a home.

If I get this realm, I will also be renting out plots. The income from the plots will go directly to the development of the server (Ex. Skycity or Hunger Games Arena) and charities. This will help:

A. People have a home near spawn, which is always a good thing.
B. Everyone across the server with their projects.

Of course, this is your realm to give and this idea of mine is just a far off dream right now. But if you give me your spawn realm, everyone around the server will be happier. Everyone INCLUDING you, because you will have access to the services I will be helping and you will have a warm fuzzy feeling inside because you know you helped a good cause.

But, plots near spawn should only be temporary.
I don't like big houses that spring up in my face as I leave spawn.
