As we all know helpbot was kidnapped by the evil server, who banhammers everyone. I am starting this poll to save helpbot.

First, everyone was like "fdgszvhu i hatez hepbot he iz stoopid" and now everyone is like "GIVE BAK HEPBOT WE MIS HIM".

Frankly, I don't really care about whether it is Helpbot or Server. It is the same program, just different name for it now.

Yes, help bot could be annoying, but to be perfectly honest, having server make the announcements for the bot makes things a bit more confusing, as > Server: was always for messages pertaining to important things happening to the server, like reboots, upgrades, major events and the like whereas > Help Bot: was for answering simple questions, issuing warnings and bans.
Personally i think Help Bot should be brought back to provide some distinction between Server announcements and bans, help and warnings.

Comparing how many players thought "Help Bot" was a real person and tried talking to it versus the number of new players who think "Server" is a real person, you'll find that reality disagrees with which is more confusing.

Also, server notice messages are in all pink and use [Server], so they still clearly stand out anyways.

I personally preferred the name Help Bot, but I did notice the issue of newbies getting confused. So I guess the switch to "Server" was an unfortunate but necessary change

Well.

I quite frankly liked Helpbot. I thought it was hilarious when I first joined the server, and with Help bot, it seemed more friendly. I liked when anyone would ask about, you know...making a cat/dog, and a 'Help bot' would reply. That was pretty cool. So please, someone get a stack of wheat, and lead Help Bot back home to his cage.
