At the very least, whoever purchases this island will be expected to abide as a part of Sky City, seeing as it is very clearly a part of that community. Additionally, having had a look at it myself, there appear to be several people who have access. They will need to be compensated somehow, should they be removed by the buyer.

Also, should i win, i will allow all current tenants to stay, but abide by any new leasing rules.

I agree that the current owner should compensate the current tennants however for at least some of what they payed.

Sorry this isn't 100% on topic, but I've some general questions about skycity

1. Can plots/airships be made wherever? It looks like that from the world map (not really organized)
2. Is it allowed to make exits (ladders) from your plot/airship or is there one main entrance/exit?
