TNT in private realms only is almost totally unworkable. One dude builds a cannon and everyone in a 300 block radius is hosed. Keep in mind that tnt changes from a block to an item when it is activated, and those items can move at high speeds so the only way to scan and remove active tnt items in non-private realms is to have cpu heavy constant scanning for tnt items out of place. Does not sound like a good plan to me.
