This NPC village is located at -2800, 3700, far from any spawn. The land surrounding it is clean, as well as most of the cave systems underground. Within the village is plenty of pumpkins, melons, and wheat which provides plenty of food for players purchasing the realms. Due to the location of the village, we had to purchase 5 realms to ensure the entire village was owned. We will start the bidding at 40,000 credits because one of the realms only covers part of one building.

We saw 4 spawners while searching the mines underground, but there are a couple more (maybe 2 more at most) that are outside of realms. The other spawners are within 100 or so blocks from the village.

So you're guaranteed 4 spawners.

Two of the cave spider spawners are close to each other, making them both activate when in between them. There is also a skeleton spawner somewhat near the surface, but it is not within range of another spawner.
