This is my house, it's really unique, space efficient, even has it's own water source held up by torches. Has furnace, chest, crafting table, a variety of blocks, even fancy red wool and nether bricks.

Cost: 15k owned or 1k/week

Edit: Going to bump up the price because I've added extreme secure nether rack walls, all around it and 30 blocks up. Also lava placed around the walls in moats. Super safe.
